This is everything we need to get done in order to release the mobile app on the Android and Apple app stores, and on the web to replace the existing web client.

Localization

• Verify Spanish translation or remove language-choice option
• Determine if Hmong is really a priority
  • get a local Hmong translator to translate stuff

All platforms

• Rework Email/SMS platform to support localization of emails/SMSes
  • add 'preferred language' setting to User object

All mobile

• Finalize the format for all of the various push notifications
• Implement server-side push notifications for forecasts
• Implement server-side push notifications for gage alerts
• Test push notifications on all devices

Android

• don't care: Define one or more push notification channels (otherwise 'categories' just shows 'default' in Android settings)

Web

• Remove all custom font usage
• Build a production-ready version of the app
• deploy it to fzbeta for testing
  • among other things: make sure it coexists with admin site correctly
