This is everything we need to get done in order to release the mobile app on the Android and Apple app stores, and on the web to replace the existing web client.

Localization
Verify Spanish translation or remove language-choice option- Determine if Hmong is really a priority
- get a local Hmong translator to translate stuff
All platforms
- Dark Mode bug
- Rework Email/SMS platform to support localization of emails/SMSes
- add 'preferred language' setting to User object
All mobile
- OTA Updates
- Finalize the format for all of the various push notifications
- Implement server-side push notifications for forecasts
- Implement server-side push notifications for gage alerts
- Test push notifications on all devices
Android
don't care: Define one or more push notification channels (otherwise 'categories' just shows 'default' in Android settings)
Apple
Web
Remove all custom font usage(we're still requesting the custom fonts, which silently fail -- it'd be nice to fix this but i don't care that much)- Build a production-ready version of the app
deploy it to fzbeta for testing- test on FZBeta
- among other things: make sure it coexists with admin site correctly
